For purposes of this Chapter 1365, the following terms shall be defined as set forth herein.
(1) "Eligible Person" shall mean a person meeting the eligibility criteria set forth in Codified Ordinance Section 1365.04.
(2) "Military Veteran" shall mean a person who served in the United States' active military, naval or air service and who was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable, as set forth in Title 38 of the Code of Federal Regulations, 38 C.F.R. 3.1(d).
(3) "Senior Citizen" shall mean a human being who has reached the age of 55 or older.
