The Fiscal Officer shall maintain records concerning the administration of this program by Permanent Parcel Number within the Village. If ownership of a property changes within the five-year grant cycle, the property shall qualify for only three projects within any five-year grant cycle. (Ord. 2018-04. Passed 3-6-18.)
