Matching fund grants may be given to an Eligible Person to reimburse the Eligible Person for not more than one qualifying improvement per property per year and not more than three qualifying improvements to a property in any five-year grant cycle as defined in Section 1365.03, regardless of who holds title to the property. The foregoing limitations shall be applied on a per residential structure basis. The amount of the matching grant shall be not more than 50% of the total actual cost of qualifying improvements, provided the total cost of qualifying improvements is at least five hundred dollars ($500.00). Grants shall be limited to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for a project. Grants shall be limited to projects consisting of the items described in Section 1365.04. (Ord. 2018-04. Passed 3-6-18.)
