1333.08 AUTHORITY; SCOPE.

The authority to abate nuisances, and the procedures required herein, as set forth in this chapter, shall be in addition to and shall not limit the Village authority to abate nuisances granted in other ordinances of the Village or the laws of the State of Ohio.
