(a) Any and all fees either imposed under the terms and provisions of this chapter or incurred by licensee as a result of the use of any Police Department vehicle in connection with a security detail shall be paid to the Village by the licensee no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month in which any such fees are incurred. Failure to make payment in full on or before the 15th day of any given month shall result in the imposition of a late fee equal to that amount which is fifteen percent (15%) of the unpaid amount.
(b) The Village shall provide each licensee with an invoice of fees due and owing under the terms and provisions of this chapter or incurred by licensee as a result of the use of any Police Department vehicle in connection with a security detail no later than the seventh (7th) day of each month.
