149.02 REMOVAL FROM GROUP LIFE POLICY.

In the event that an employee is delinquent in the payment of premium for Village group life insurance for a period of three months or more, that employee shall be considered to have forfeited the Village group life insurance benefit. In the event of any such forfeiture, the Mayor shall be authorized to remove the forfeiting employee from the Village group life insurance policy.
