1307.04 EFFECT OF ADOPTION OF CODE; CONFLICTS OF LAWS.

All other property maintenance code sections presently within the Village of Newburgh Heights Codified Ordinances shall continue to be in effect; whichever regulation is the more stringent shall be the regulation in force.
