(a) Hours of Operation. The permissible hours of operation for any transfer station in existence as of the date hereof shall be Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
(b) Parking of Vehicles. It shall be permissible to park waste collection vehicles on the premises of any transfer station existing as of the date hereof, provided that in all instances and under all circumstances, such parked waste collection vehicles shall be empty of any waste materials.
(c) Staging of Waste Containers. It shall be permissible to stage waste containers on the premises of any transfer station existing as of the date hereof, provided that in all instances and under all circumstances, such waste containers shall be empty of any waste materials, and provided further that such waste containers shall be removed from the premises within a reasonable period of time.
