(a) No person shall discharge any air gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol or any other instrument designed, manufactured or modified to discharge paint gun pellets or projectiles in or on any public place, in or on the property of another without the property owner’s permission, or from any private property into or onto any public place or property of another.
(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree punishable by a fine up to two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or thirty days in jail.
