(a) No person shall willfully violate any rule or regulation with reference to the protection, good order, maintenance, use and preservation of any Village owned Park or equipment, structures, trees and adornments thereon.
(b) Any parent or guardian of a minor child shall be responsible for ensuring that the child complies with the provisions of this statute and said parent or guardian may be charged with a violation herein.
(c) Whosoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree as set forth in Ohio R.C. 2929.21.
