521.10 SMOKING IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS.

   The smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes and other tobacco products is prohibited in the following areas:

   (a)   Anywhere within a building owned or operated by the Village of Newburgh Heights.

   (b)   Classrooms, conference rooms or any other area used or maintained for use as a public school.

   (c)   Any other area where a “NO SMOKING” sign has been placed at the request of the Safety Committee of the Village. This may include outdoor patios, porches or entranceways of publicly owned buildings.

   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
