(a) No more than three dogs, three cats or a combination of each not to exceed three excluding puppies and kittens up to 3 months old may be kept in any single-family dwelling or in any separate suite in a two family dwelling, multiple-family dwelling or apartment within the Village. The term "dwelling and suite" as used in this section shall include the lot or parcel of land on which the house or building containing the suite is located and all outbuildings located on the lot or parcel.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
