(a) Council does hereby authorize the County of Cuyahoga to include the portion of the Municipality described in Exhibit “A” of Ordinance 1995-25 in the Enterprise Zone.
(b) The Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio is hereby authorized to include this ordinance in the petition to the Director of the Department of Development of the State of Ohio. (Ord. 1995-25. Passed 10-16-95.)
