Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter wherein no other penalty is provided shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any subsequent convictions of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree punishable by up to a two hundred and fifty dollar ($250.00) fine and up to thirty days in jail. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
