In the event the owner or person in charge of any lot, parcel of land or property does not trim or remove any tree, plant, grass, vegetation or shrubbery, or any part thereof, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter within five (5) days after having received written notice by the Village, then the designated Building Official is hereby authorized and it is declared to be his/her duty to have enforced the provisions of this chapter, and to cause to be trimmed or removed such tree, plant, vegetation or shrubbery, or part thereof, and cut and remove all grass and weeds.
