Whoever violates a provision of this chapter, or any supplements or amendments thereto, or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall in violation of an approved plan or directive of the Village Building Inspector, shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
