1343.05 INSPECTION, PERMITS AND FEES.

After inspection, prior to the installation of any woodstove, a permit shall be obtained from the Village Building Department authorizing such installation and payment of ten dollars ($10.00). All woodstove permits shall be renewed yearly by the Village Building Department and a new permit issued only after Village inspection of such woodstove and payment of a fee of five dollars ($5.00).
