1341.03 WORK STARTED WITHOUT PERMIT.

Where work for which a permit is required by this chapter is started prior to obtaining such permit, the fee required by such permit shall be thirty dollars ($30.00), but the payment of such additional fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 1969-22)
