Except as where otherwise provided whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined an amount not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
