1339.15 INTENT.

It is not the intent of this chapter to supersede any zoning or other regulation of the Village regarding the location, heights or material of fences. Where fences are permitted, any permanent fence, ten feet or more in height, shall be of masonry or other noncombustible material approved by the Building Commissioner.
