No person, firm or corporation shall erect a satellite dish-type earth station in excess of three feet in diameter in the Village without a permit, and no installation or erection shall commence before a permit is issued in accordance with this chapter. The permit fee for a satellite dish earth station is fifty dollars ($50.00).
