The Residential Building Inspector shall, at all times, maintain and retain a copy of the Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three-Family Dwellings, and upon written request by any interested party, make such Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three-Family Dwellings available for review.
