There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, and location of one, two and three-family dwellings and appurtenant structures, including permits and penalties, that certain Building Code hereafter known as the Ohio Residential Code (RCO) as adopted by the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards in the most current edition or update thereof including all additions, deletions and amendments made subsequent hereto, and the same is hereby incorporated herein as if fully set out at length and except such portions as are hereinafter added, modified or deleted herein.
