171.04 COLLECTION OF ADDITIONAL FINE FOR FUEL COSTS.

(a) The Mayor’s Court shall add twelve dollars ($12.00) to the amount of every fine assessed for the conviction of any violation of the Village’s Codified Ordinances.

(b) Eight dollars ($8.00) from every fine levied shall be allocated to pay for, and help defray, the fuel costs for the Village Police Department.
