The Newburgh Heights Mayor’s Court will hereby assess the following costs as applicable:
(a) Each continuance granted | $15.00 |
(b) Extension of time to pay fines and costs | 20.00 |
(c) Court Automation Fund | Maximum allowed by law (currently $10.00 per case). |
(d) Court Automation for Legal Research | Maximum allowed by law (currently $3.00 per case). |

(e) There is hereby established a Clerk of Courts Computer Services Fund in which shall be deposited up to ten dollars ($10.00) paid as an additional court cost of the Mayor’s Court by each offender with respect to any Ohio Uniform Traffic Ticket, which funds shall be utilized to computerize the Clerk of Court operations. The funds shall be used by the Mayor’s Court to pay only those costs it incurs in providing computer services for the Clerk of Court.
