925.04 COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOWS.

(a) There shall be no additional uncontrolled combined sewer overflows within the Municipal corporate boundaries of the Village after the effective date of this chapter.

(b) Exceptions to this proscription may be granted for circumstances delineated in Section 4.0313 of the District’s Code of Regulations, Title IV, (Combined Sewer Code).
