(a) The construction of new combined sewers within the Municipal corporate boundaries of the Village after the effective date of this chapter is strictly prohibited without written authorization of the appropriate state or federal agency.
(b) This proscription does not apply to the replacement, repair and maintenance of existing combined sewers. (Ord. 1995-11. Passed 3-30-95.)
