925.01 COMMUNITY FLOW PROGRAM.

(a) “Community flow control program” shall be developed and implemented to minimize or delay runoff and pollutant contributions to the combined sewer system and receiving waters.

(b) The program’s requirements are delineated and mandated in Section 4.0310 of the District’s Code of Regulations, Title IV, (Combined Sewer Code).
