Annual Inspections Required. Inspections of each day care home for conformance with applicable standards set forth in the Village, Fire and Housing Codes shall be conducted annually by the Building Department and the Fire Department. The inspections shall be performed by the Building Commissioner or his or her designee and the Chief of Fire or his or her designee. An annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be imposed on each day care home to cover the cost of both inspections. Should a re-inspection be necessary, a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be imposed for the first re-inspection and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each re-inspection necessary thereafter (see Exhibit “A” attached to original Ordinance 2008-20).
