139.03 TEMPORARY FIREMEN.
   In case of extraordinary fire emergency, the Fire Chief shall be authorized to call upon any number of men for temporary fire service, not exceeding thirty, and such emergency firemen shall each receive for their services the same compensation as herein fixed for firemen for similar services. It is further provided that the Fire Chief or officer in charge shall designate the number of men who shall participate at any fire. The fire pumper shall be equipped with tags or discs, and the men reporting for duty at a fire shall, upon arrival, remove the outside tag or disc and keep same in his possession until the fire is extinguished. The number on the tag or disc shall designate the order in which the firemen shall be called upon to perform their duties.
