755.01 APPLICABILITY.

Effective August 1, 2008, this chapter shall apply to all day care homes in the Village. A “day care home” is any home where child day care as defined by Ohio R.C. Chapter 5104 is provided. This includes, but is not limited to, “type A” and type B” homes as defined in Ohio R.C. Chapter 5104. (Ord. 2008-20. Passed 7-15-08.)
