§ 50.04 COMMERCIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION.
   The collection of solid waste from commercial properties adjoining residential property shall be limited to the hours between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. For purposes of this section, COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES shall include any place of business or multi-family residential property that is not covered by the town's solid waste collection contract.
