§ 35.086 LOU DENNIS PARK PAVILION FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established the 248 - Lou Dennis Park Pavilion Fund for purposes of receipt of donated funds to be used for the Lou Dennis Park Pavilion Project.
   (B)   Contributions to the town for the Lou Dennis Park Pavilion Project shall be deposited into the Lou Dennis Park Pavilion Fund, and expenditures from the fund shall only be made for the Lou Dennis Park Pavilion Project.
