§ 35.085 PUBLIC SAFETY LIT FUND.

   (A)   There is hereby established the 249 - Public Safety LIT Fund for purposes of receipt of funds from the local income taxes for purposes of public safety (“Public Safety”) LIT and to be used for permissible public safety expenses in accordance with I.C. 6-3.6-2-14.

   (B)   The Town Council may authorize the expenditure of funds from the Public Safety LIT by appropriations made in the same manner as other funds that receive local income tax funds.
