A mobile food unit vendor must have auto liability in the minimum state coverage and $300,000 general liability insurance including products liability insurance policy from an insurance company with an A rating as the minimum amount of insurance to be carried on each licensed vehicle with the Town of Newburgh named as an additional insured.
