§ 96.01 PROHIBITION AGAINST SMOKING.

   (A)   Words defined in I.C. 7.1-5-12 shall have the same meaning where used herein.

   (B)   Smoking shall be prohibited in the Town of Newburgh in the following:

      (1)   All town-owned or occupied buildings;

      (2)   All other places in the Town of Newburgh where smoking is prohibited pursuant to I.C. 7.1-5-12, as has been or may be amended, and other applicable state laws; and

      (3)   Any other place in the Town of Newburgh as the Newburgh Town Council may designate by Ordinance.
