§ 35.080 ALLEN FAMILY AMPITHEATER FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established the Allen Family Ampitheater Fund.
   (B)   Contributions to the town for the Allen Family Ampitheater project shall be deposited into the Allen Family Ampitheater Fund, and expenditures from the fund shall only be made for the Allen Family Ampitheater project.
