(A) The Newburgh Police Department is authorized to collect the following fees for the following services performed by the Newburgh Police Department:
Fingerprinting | $15 for the first set of fingerprints, plus $5 for each additional set of fingerprints made in the same request |
Accident reports | $10.00 per copy |
Incident reports and other reports | $10.00 per copy |
Background checks | $10.00 |
Title/VIN inspections | $5.00 |
Towing administrative fee | See § 91.22 |
Automobile lockout services | $20.00 per incident |
(B) Fees collected by the Newburgh Police Department pursuant to this section shall be remitted regularly to the Newburgh Clerk-Treasurer for deposit in the Police Continuing Education Fund.
