1 space per 1,000 sq. ft. gross floor area for the first 10,000 sq. ft., plus 1 per 2,000 sq. ft. gross floor area for the remaining space, plus 1 space for each vehicle used in the conduct of the business. Office area parking shall be calculated separately based on office parking rates

Handicapped Parking Stall Requirements
Parking stall requirements shall conform to the Americans with Disabilities Act, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., regulations.
