§ 32.162 ACCEPTANCE OF WRITTEN APPEARANCES, WAIVERS, ADMISSIONS AND PAYMENTS.
   The Violations Clerk may accept written appearances, waiver of trial, admission of violations and payment of civil penalties pursuant to I.C. 33-36-2-3.
