§ 32.147 POWER TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY.
   The Commission may:
   (A)   Acquire by purchase, grant, gift, bequest, devise or lease any real or personal property, including easements, that is appropriate for carrying out the purpose of the Commission;
   (B)   Hold title to real and personal property; and
   (C)   Sell, lease, rent or otherwise dispose of real and personal property at a public or private sale on terms and conditions the Commission considers best consistent with § 32.148.
