(A) There is hereby created the Town Redevelopment Commission pursuant to I.C. 36-7-14-3.
(B) The Commission shall exist, and conduct its business as required and permitted, by the provisions of I.C. 36-7-14.
(C) The town, through its Town Council, hereby re-confirms the establishment of the Town Department of Redevelopment for the purposes and with all rights, powers, privileges and immunities now or hereafter granted to it by law, including, without limitation, the provisions of I.C. 36-7-14 and I.C. 36-7-25, each as amended, to be controlled by the Town Redevelopment Commission.
