§ 156.24 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
   This chapter also applies to the subdivision of a planned unit development (PUD). However, the design and development of a PUD may deviate from the standards prescribed in this chapter. A primary subdivision plat may be submitted to Plan Commission at the time of submission for PUD petition. Primary approval may be granted subject to proper zoning.
