(A) The One and Two-Family Dwelling Code, the Electrical Code, the Plumbing Code and all other codes previously adopted or which will be adopted in the future by the Administrative Building Council of the state or the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission and promulgated according to law are herewith adopted, which codes include:
(1) Article 13 - Building Codes:
(a) Indiana Building Code (675 I.A.C. 13-2.6-1 et seq.);
(b) Indiana Building Code Standards (675 I.A.C. 13-1-10 et seq.).
(2) Article 14 - One- and Two-Family Dwelling Codes: Indiana Residential Code (675 I.A.C. 14-4.3-1 et seq.);
(3) Article 16 - Plumbing Codes: Indiana Plumbing Code (675 I.A.C. 16-1.4-1 et seq.);
(4) Article 17 - Electrical Codes: Indian Electrical Code (675 I.A.C. 17-1.8-1 et seq.);
(5) Article 18 - Mechanical Codes: Indiana Mechanical Code (675 I.A.C. 18-1.6-1 et seq.);
(6) Article 19 - Energy Conservation Codes: Indiana Energy Conservation Code (678 I.A.C. 19-4-1 et seq.); and
(7) Article 20 - Swimming Pool Codes: Indiana Swimming Pool Code (675 I.A.C. 20-1-1-1 et seq.).
(B) Copies of adopted building rules, codes and standards are on file in the office of the Building Commissioner and may be found at I.A.C. Title 675.
(C) All construction of buildings and remodeling of building structures or dwellings whether multi-family or accessory buildings shall conform with the said codes as adopted by this subchapter.
