§ 156.22 RECORDING OF THE PLAT.
   (A)   A plat release fee shall be paid to the Plan Commission by the subdivider and must be paid before the primary plat with secondary approval is removed from the offices of the Plan Commission to be recorded. Plat release fees are as set by City Council from time to time. See § 34.01(A).
   (B)   The foregoing fees shall not apply to government agencies.
