At the time of filing an application for subdivision approval the subdivider shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer the fee provided for in this section.
(A) Filing fees.
(1) Filing fees are as set by City Council from time to time. See § 34.01(A).
(2) The foregoing fees shall not apply to government agencies.
(B) Legal advertising: the cost of any advertisement or legal notice shall be paid for by the subdivider.
