(A) Prior to submission of the written application for subdivision approval, the subdivider should consult with the Plan Commission about the following factors:
(1) Suitability of the site for development;
(2) Proposed type of development;
(3) Accessability of the site;
(4) Availability of public facilities and public services; and
(5) The effect on the subdivision of any contemplated improvements by the proposals of any comprehensive plan and these regulations.
(B) After reaching conclusions informally about the proposed development and the objectives of this chapter, the subdivider may proceed with the formal application for the proposed subdivision.
