§ 156.03 POLICY.
   It is hereby the policy of the town to consider the subdivision of land and the subsequent development of the subdivided plat as subject to the control of the Plan Commission for the orderly, planned, efficient and economical development of the town, and to require conformance with the zoning chapter.
