§ 32.045 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT OF BUILDINGS.
   There is hereby established a Department of Buildings. Such Department shall be composed of the Building Commissioner and such other personnel as the Town Council shall determine are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this subchapter. The Building Commissioner may also serve as inspector.
