§ 32.031 TERMS OF DIRECTORS.

   (A)   (1)   The Board of Directors of said Department shall consist of three Directors appointed by the Town Council.

      (2)   Each Director shall serve for a term of three years, except, the initial Directors shall be appointed as follows:

         (a)   One Director for a term of one year;

         (b)   One Director for a term of two years; and

         (c)   One Director for a term of three years.

   (B)   Upon reappointment of the initial Directors’ positions, such term shall be three years.
